CNRL Spray Liner

Location of project: 40 km North of Grande Prairie, Alberta.

Type of Structure: Dirt Floor of Compressor building with approximately 40 pilings.
Product Used: Raven 512 polyurea, desert tan

Description of Application: Stray Cat measured all areas to be lined prior to install of liner into building, polyurea was pre-sprayed onto a 6oz non woven geo textile outside of building and then laid out inside and cut to size for pilings. All pile boots were banded with stainless steel bands.

QA/QC Tests Performed: Daily QA/QC reports were filled out and monitoring of environmental conditions took place during the entire project. Once the project was complete samples of the cured polyurea over the geotextile liner was given to the client as well as all daily inspection reports.

Opinion of Project Owner – Product, Applicator Performance and Projected Future Use: Stray Cat is the preferred vendor for CNRL for spray in liners. Stray Cat has done many successful liner projects for CNRL and maintains an excellent relationship.
