Our innovative Primus Line® technology offers you a safe, reliable and sustainable solution for the trenchless rehabilitation of pressure pipes as well as for the construction of freely layable pipelines.

Primus Line® Rehab stands for the fast and reliable rehabilitation of pressure pipelines. Several bends can be traversed and installation lengths of up to 2,500 metres can be implemented with only a small amount of machinery. This makes the system ideal for use in environments with high geographical, economic, architectural or ecological requirements.

Trenchless Rehabilitation

The Primus Line® Rehab system is a proven and environmentally orientated technology for rehabilitating ageing pipelines. It is suitable for transporting various media such as water, gas and oil and is approved for drinking water in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as many other countries.

The ideal flow characteristics due to a smooth inner coating and the optimised systems for diverse pressure ratings make Primus Line® Rehab a technically and economically optimal solution (depending on the individual case) with a lifetime of more than 50 years.

Advantages and Benefits:

• Safety: core made of seamlessly woven Kevlar fabric means it is 10 times stronger than steel with a burst pressure of 2.5 times the allowable working pressure.
• Cost Advantage: installation speed of 10 metres per minute and up to 2,500 metres per pull and a service life of more than 50 years
• Efficient: can be installed through multiple bends up to 90 degrees, withstands thermal pressure and expansion in the ground, independent of host pipe, no curing, steaming, adhesion or thermal treatment required to install

Overland Piping System

The Primus Line® Overland Piping system is an environmentally orientated, quick to install and reusable solution for creating above-ground pipes. It can be flexibly unrolled and rolled up again and adapts naturally to changes in direction and uneven surfaces. Numerous liquid media can be transported, including demanding and potentially hazardous media and potable water (the product is NSF61 approved for potable water).

Primus Line® Overland Piping is the ideal solution for temporary pipelines, for example in mining or industry, but also in ecologically sensitive areas. Due to its short installation time, the system is also suitable for bypasses in emergency cases, for example when pipes have been damaged by landslides, floods or forest fires.
